If you have vacant land, we’d like to buy it
At Linea Homes, our expertise lies in identifying the property development potential in derelict land and vacant buildings with a view to creating beautiful new homes and high quality commercial spaces. Our partners are typically owners of land – particularly brownfield sites – who might benefit from working alongside professional developers to maximise the value of their assets.
We are especially keen to acquire any of the following in London and the South-East:
- Vacant land and buildings with or without planning consent
- Public houses, HMOs, hotels, leisure sites, petrol stations and garages, care homes and religious establishments
- Warehouses, shops, studios, surgeries and office buildings
- Sites that have encountered planning, legal or technical problems
- Vacant residential or commercial buildings
- Tenanted properties
- Dilapidated or fire damaged properties
What Linea Homes can offer agents and Introducers
Our reputation as expert property and land developers has been built on our ability to operate professionally and efficiently.
We’re responsive: our knowledge, experience and resources enable us to move quickly, with exchange of contracts possible in most cases within 24 hours;
We’re generous: fees for non-retained agents are amongst the highest offered anywhere, and we pay promptly;
We deliver ongoing value: we guarantee resale instructions to introducing agents where applicable.
If you are an agent or introducer, the Linea Homes team is in a position to evaluate sites immediately and decisively. We offer high percentage fees, and pay generously for off market introductions that lead to a purchase.

Linea Homes was set up in 2011 with the aim of building luxury homes. Since then, we have become one of the region’s most highly respected property developers, with a track record of successful projects across London and the South East.
Whilst the organisation has grown, we have never lost sight of our ethos, and remain dedicated to the innovative and ethical development of sites, and the creation of beautifully-designed, high quality contemporary apartments and houses.
We focus on maximising the potential of vacant land and derelict buildings and delivering aspirational living environments that future generations will be proud to call ‘home’.
But none of this would be possible without the expertise and sheer hard work of every member of the Linea Homes team; they are our biggest asset and the reason we are so highly regarded.
During Antony’s 25-year career in the property industry, he has launched a London-based estate agency and a social housing provider, whilst creating a substantial portfolio of residential and development property across the UK. All of his ventures have been underpinned by a passion for adding value through planning and redevelopment. Antony’s flair for business and finance is matched only by his passion and drive. Very much a family man, Antony’s passions include football, fitness, tennis and classic cars.
After qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor and running a property investment/development agency for a decade, Gavin focused his attention on developing houses in North West London, culminating in the creation of Linea Homes in 2011. A specialist in the technical aspects of land acquisition, as well as design and project management, Gavin’s professional acumen is match only by his footballing ability and passion on the golf course.
Leigh’s career began at a law firm, where he ran the business development team, and subsequently took on responsibility for its residential and commercial conveyancing departments. He joined Linea Homes in 2013 to focus on new acquisitions and is regarded as an expert in the London property market, with a keen eye for structuring investment and development deals. Leigh is a keen tennis player and enjoys keeping fit and travelling.
Zak is one of the newer members of the team, having joined straight from London’s Cass Business School where he was an outstanding student; as a continuance of his academic excellence, he will shortly be publishing a paper on spatial real estate. Zak is also a dab hand in the world of digital marketing and media, but his primary role is to manage our wide-ranging land and property development portfolio across London and the Home Counties. To unwind, Zak is something of a midfield maestro on the football field, and an online gaming guru.
