Antony has over 25 years’ experience within the property industry. He has set up a successful London-based estate agency, a social housing provider and created a substantial portfolio of residential investment and development property. Antony’s vision, flair for design and eye for detail have ensured that he has added value through all his ventures via refurbishment or planning.
Antony is skilled in the sourcing and purchase of opportunities either on or off market. Enhancing through the planning process to ensure maximum value add. He has expertise in debt raising from both private equity and senior lenders. He is the architectural and planning lead on multiple projects using his knowledge of construction in both conversion and new build and is highly experienced in legal matters relating to purchase, planning, asset management and disposal.
After qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor and running a property investment/development agency for a decade, Gavin focused his attention on developing houses in North West London, culminating in the creation of Linea Homes in 2011. A specialist in the technical aspects of land acquisition, as well as design and project management, Gavin’s professional acumen is matched only by his footballing ability and passion on the golf course.
